ACP cladding and elevation work in Bangalore - Stylfixx

ACP Cladding for Shop Fronts, Home Elevations and Buildings

Stylfixx installs ACP (aluminium composite panel) cladding on shop fronts, house elevations, office buildings and interior feature walls across Bangalore.

We build the aluminium framework, rout and fold the panels into a clean finish, and seal every joint against Bangalore's monsoon rain. You get a 3D elevation design to approve before any panel is cut.

ACP Cladding Price in Bangalore

These are typical 2026 Bangalore market rates; your exact price is fixed in a written quote after the free site visit. Indicative prices, installed with framework and sealing:

WorkPanelIndicative price per sq ft
ACP sheet only (material)3–4 mm, standard brands₹70 – ₹180
Exterior cladding with fitting4 mm, PVDF coated, standard core₹250 – ₹400
Fire-retardant cladding with fitting4 mm, FR core, PVDF coated₹380 – ₹600
Shop front elevation with grooves and design4 mm, PVDF coated₹350 – ₹700
Interior wall panelling3 mm, polyester coated₹180 – ₹300

Price depends on panel brand, core type and coating, framework material (aluminium or GI), height and scaffolding, design complexity and the number of cut-outs for signage and lights.

Choosing the Right ACP

Thickness

4 mm panels with thicker aluminium skins for exteriors; 3 mm is fine for interiors and signage.

Coating

PVDF coating for exteriors, because it holds colour under strong sun; polyester coating is for indoor use.

Core

Fire-retardant (FR) core for commercial buildings, high-rises and anything near an exit route. Standard polyethylene core should be limited to low-risk, low-rise uses.

Brands

We use exterior-grade panels from established brands such as Aludecor, Alstrong, Viva or Eurobond, named in your quote, and pass on the manufacturer's coating warranty.

ACP vs HPL vs stone cladding - Stylfixx

ACP vs HPL vs Stone Cladding

ACP is light, flat and quick to install, comes in hundreds of colours and costs less, which makes it the usual choice for shop fronts and commercial elevations.

HPL (high-pressure laminate) panels resist scratches and impact better and offer realistic wood finishes, but cost more. Stone cladding lasts longest but is much heavier and needs stronger fixing. Many elevations combine ACP with glass or HPL accents.

Our ACP Cladding Process

1

Survey and measurement

We check the wall surface, plumb and the condition of the parapet and windows.

2

3D elevation design

You approve colours, groove lines and signage positions on a 3D view.

3

Framework

Aluminium or GI square tubes are anchored to the wall at the spacing the panel maker specifies, so panels stay flat in wind and heat.

4

Panel fabrication

Panels are routed and folded into trays on site or in our workshop, leaving room for expansion.

5

Fixing and sealing

Panels are riveted or screwed to the frame, and joints are sealed with weather-grade silicone to keep rain out.

6

Film removal and handover

Protective film is removed the same day panels are fixed, so it does not bake onto the surface in the sun.

ACP Cladding FAQs

ACP stands for aluminium composite panel: two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a core. ACP cladding means fixing these panels on a framework over a wall to give a building or shop front a clean, weatherproof, coloured finish.

In 2026, exterior ACP cladding with framework and fitting usually costs ₹250 to ₹400 per sq ft in Bangalore, and fire-retardant (FR) core cladding ₹380 to ₹600 per sq ft. Shop front elevations with grooves and design work cost ₹350 to ₹700 per sq ft.

Use 4 mm panels for exterior cladding because they stay flatter and stronger in wind and heat. 3 mm panels are fine for interior walls, signage and small decorative areas.

ACP is lighter, cheaper, available in more colours and quicker to install, so it suits shop fronts and commercial facades. HPL resists scratches and impact better and gives realistic wood finishes, but costs more. Many elevations use both.

It depends on the core. Fire-retardant (FR) core panels are designed to limit fire spread and should be used on commercial buildings, taller buildings and near exits. Standard polyethylene-core panels burn more readily and should be limited to low-risk, low-rise uses.

Exterior ACP with PVDF coating, fixed on a sound framework and properly sealed, typically lasts 15 to 20 years or more. Many brands give a 10 to 20 year warranty on the coating.

A typical 20 x 12 ft shop front (about 240 sq ft) in 4 mm PVDF ACP costs roughly ₹85,000 to ₹1.7 lakh, depending on the design, signage cut-outs and panel brand. Larger fronts often get a lower rate per sq ft.

A shop front usually takes 3 to 6 days after design approval. A full building elevation of 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft takes about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on height and scaffolding.

Bulging is usually caused by framework fixed too far apart or panels fixed without room for expansion in the heat. Leaks come from poorly sealed joints and edges. Correct frame spacing, expansion gaps and weather-grade silicone at every joint prevent both.

Established brands such as Aludecor, Alstrong, Viva and Eurobond offer exterior-grade PVDF panels, FR-core options and coating warranties. Choose a brand that gives a written coating warranty and test certificates for FR panels.
